Water softener unit for medium size carwash sites.

This softeners are equipped with an automatic electromechanical programmer allowing the resins to be regenerated after a prefixed volume of water used. High fidelity of valve group in granted from High quality of material employed and use facility. Resin regeneration is started from two Teflon steel pistons that open and close sequence of various phases. During regeneration, normally programmed by night, water flow is ensured through an automatic By-Pass. This volumetric model is due in case of discontinuous water need (being difficult to determinate regeneration program). Softener is programmed for regeneration during the night and it considers a soft water reserve for about one working day (delayed regeneration).

Resin tank

This in made of fibreglass reinforced polyester or completely hot-dip galvanized steel; a further outer protective coat of polyurethane paint improves appearance. 

Brine tank

This in made of polyethylene and includes:

• Float valve or system of suck up
• Salt grating
• Safety overflow

Automatic valve (mechanical)

This in the monobloc hydraulically operating type made of noryl:

• Interchangeable ejector to intake the brine
• Automatic by-pass for untreated water during the resin regenerating phase and mixer for regulating the residual hardness.
