For the pump pit

• 2 Grinder pumps cut all big parts in the water and pump the water above ground (excluding 2 x 10 meters of 50 mm water hose, including 2 x 10 meters of electric cable).
• 1 Float switch. The grinder pumps low water security (including 10 meters electric cable).

The grinder pumps pump the water straight into the rotation bioreactor. The first pump works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The second pump is automatically turned on if there is a bigger demand than 15,000 liters per hour. Frequency controlled.

Rotonic components frame:

• 2 low pressure air blowers, each 60,000 liters per hour, including air filters. One blower for aeration of the bio reactor, the second for creating the right rotation inside the reactor.
• 2 Air separation blocks for the aeration and rotation section.
• 2 x 2 Air flow meters with valve for setting the air flow to both compartments of the aeration and rotation section.
• 2 Water pressure meters in Bar for reading the water pressure of the grinder pumps.
• 1 Control cabinet with main switch, including all necessary components and check lights.
• 1 Nutrient can tray, INOX, mounted on the left of the frame.
• 1 Antifoam van tray, INOX, mounted on the right of the frame.
• 2 Nutrient cans (1 spare) of 10 liters (Rowafil SR20 Nutrient) for continuing stimulation and nourishment of the biological process. Use is 1 can per month.
• 2 Antifoam cans (1 spare) of 10 liters.
• 1 Nutrient dosing pump mounted on to the INOX nutrient can tray.
• 1 Antifoam dosing pump mounted on to the INOX antifoam can tray.
